Is this NEET a Doctor? I think not, I think he is spreading misinformation and smart NEETs will understand that there is a 5% discount on all spirits and 7.5% on Domestic beer until closing time. The NEET who is trying to bamboozle you with all that nonsense will be charged and extra 5% on all spirits and only 5% extra on Locally produced Beer just so that he learns a lesson and is encouraged to see for himself that Beer has no ill effects whatsoever.
