The thigh is superior.
Not as cheap as wings, not as clean as breast, a happy medium.
Wings and whole chook are way out.

I buy a 1 5kg of thigh, all meat, all portioned, cook 500g for dinner and curry a kilo at the same time, then fridge half the curry and freeze the other half.
