Sirloin please, but tbh don't know much about steak. I want to get good at cooking steak. I just buy aldi shit, season the pan with rosemary, pepper, salt and chilli flakes and mix a bit of beef stock and red wine together while it's cooking. It tastes good but I know I could do so much better. I need a cooking thermometer.
