That's the default. I would have assumed common sense would come into play. They did email me about the schnitzel substitution, but the lettuce was marked as available and packed. They do have at least 2 brands of iceberg lettuce, one pre-bagged and the other loose. Surely the correct substitution for no iceberg lettuce is a cos lettuce, not a fucken punnet of strawbs?
