I personally know a couple of mugs who are homeless because they have to choose between paying rent or buying tobacco. Its the most vulnerable ppl who are getting smashed by the tobacco exise. For the disadvantaged, government issue tobacco at no cost should be a thing. Hell even designated smoking areas with proper airflow would be a nice idea in hospitals and prisons and shit, but its zero tolerance, war on smokers until they surrender and cant smoke anymore. THis failed in the war on drugs. the drugs are winning. The cigs are gonna win nine times out of ten.
