The neighbour mongs are fixing one of their shitheaps, the one that squeals and rattles when its started. To add to the disgusting noise pollution they are playing the commercial radio turned up to 11 on the shitheaps stock door speakers. Occasionally they will curse and swear in mong as they get increasingly tipsy on the mounting count (tossed into the gutter on my side of the road) of cans of rot-gut. I want them to be better neighbours but the detente where no one says nothing dispariging will have to remain.
