your evropa wood is soft as cheese and uniform without knots and warping. Working with it is like carving a rolled up phone book. I have bought evropa softwood and its nothing like defective radiata pine we get here. No cunt with a plantation lifts their trees and they cut them and send it to the mill at fifteen years so its all that bad. The only good wood is salvage unless you get mills in the hills to cut you some to order and then it will be wet.
