Need to eat. Havent for 2+ days, except some chips and a couple bites of a terrible burger last night. Just had a small choof, because yesterday was the first 24hr block, probably this year, where I didn't have a cone. Vomitted spicy bile. Hot green curry mucus. Burger and chips werent there. The hot flushes are kind of nice. Slow my breathing under the blanket, then feel all the goosebumps. ¿Are goosebumps and goosepimples the same thing? Then the sweats come on. I was probably detoxing, and now ruined it. Didnt have a mint for a few hours. Ruined that too. Tried to force a wank but couldnt get hard. Will try to eat soon.
