I am literally crying with emotion as I plug my IEM's and SD card in and scroll through the new UI to find my .FLAC library. The back panel in sapphire is warm and smooth with an embossed HiBy in silver and the propriatry Ultrasuede stamp. Its heavy with a satisfying heft like a pair of knuckle dusters or a man sized snickers. The blubbery polymer bikini case gives the front and back some standoff from my desk, the front screen is tingly and maybe I should not have immediately yeeted the plastic. Crossfade -> ON. DSD gain compensation ->ON. The sound response is amazing with the DSD 64-256. Its got MQA studio and MQA rendering and more but I dont know what that is, i just know the sound it makes when I fiddle around with it like a Chimpanzee with an AK-47. Nuro is gonna be so jealous I cant believe i finally have some better audio gadget than him. Gonna take a photo when he gets on later...
