At the commune the NEETs will have no need of conventional toilets, instead once a week when they are taken to the local park for their exercise they will be free to go wherever they want, and the worst behaved NEET for the week will be the one who has to follow the others with a plastic bag to pick up their poos and put it in the poop bin.
