Morning NEETs,10 weeks since the surgery now, hair has all regrown and the breastbone ache is gone except when I cough or sneeze. Been doing light weights again the last month which seems to have got rid of the neck and shoulder pains.
Two more weeks and I am officially healed up, really feeling the diference in my stamina again too.
