The Romanians have replied. Despite the flexibility in my order, they are out of stock of the whole product range. They are now shilling a bunch of unrelated stuff and trying to steer me towards store credit. I am insisting on a refund. These fucking gypsies better get my money back this week or I am contacting NAB and making it their problem.
