>>973103Yeah I either jog or go to the gym everyday. Its a healthy way to cope with the woes and things that are hard to change. Its nice to see progress in one aspect of my life, I can become slightly fitter and healthier but I'm too far gone to see any meaningful improvement in other areas.
I'd encourage you to just start small, gentle walking that you build up then you can add some more vigorous exercise down the line long term.
