I can totally understand NEET/incel males hurting themselves. I mean they probably do, but they're probably also a bit too successful/final at it, whereas girls fuck about with it.
But also an attractive girl wouldn't have the loneliness issue. They'd have a surplus of friends and suitors at any given time, even if they are there with ulterior motives.
