Went to the park. There was free sausages and they were playing some aussie themed music on the PA. One nation was there but they were shit. I was the door dawg and I stood at the front gate with my flag like a night club bouncer. I was watching people come and go, mostly good vibes, lots of people telling me what they thought of the I hate Australia crowd, well oiled and funded to march. Some old eastern evropeans took a picture with me and my flag, the old guy had the best hairstyle, sunnies and accent. Told me that the lefties should shut up before the chinese make them into salami. Didnt do the rally marshall thing but got to go to the pub with the crew. Had one beer. Got a bottle to minimise the brown hands aspect and enjoyed it with some nice normal guys. They were telling me stories about townie shit and seemed interested in what I had to say. I might have gotten a bit sunburned. Fish fingers for tea.
