I have finished P.G. Wodehouse's Jeeves and Wooster novels. I am now reading Leave it to Psmith by the same author. It is not as good as the Jeeves and Wooster ones but I just read this line which made me laugh:
>"A depressing musty scent pervaded the place, as if a cheese had recently died there in painful circumstances."
This novel was written over 100 years ago now. The P in Psmith is silent, as in pshrimp.
