There's an article on the Herald Sun about a Melbourne sparky who bypassed electrical meters so cannabis grow houses wouldn't trip up on electrical usage.
I jokingly thought "What tripped him up - electrical compliance certificates?".
The article states "It is alleged that at a number of the addresses there were electrical safety certificates signed by Mr Saad, none of which referred to the bypasses".
What a dumbass.
