Had a call from Agnes the agent. She is sending a "tradie" to tart my place up a bit. The problem is that they want to update shit that is going to require much structural and plumbing upgrades which will be a nightmare, because this place is shantycore. Foids have no idea about housing, they cant think past waving their iphones at something and a magic tradie will do it somehow but how is beyond them. If I wanted to do those things I would basically have to make paralell structures to take the whole section of the house offline until all the inevitable problems can be worked out, probably over a week of effort. I just want to be left alone. Agnes is just bullying this poor NEET.
