remember watching a documentary about australian soldiers in east timor and basically the were so afraid to engage the enemy (indonesians?) that there was no point in them being there. i think the indonesians burned down a catholic church or something with people inside and there was nothing they could do. i hate indonesia tbh, the dutch should've fought harder to keep it
