I went to cancel my NBN service through the online app and when I clicked on the cancel button it gave me a pop-up saying "before you cancel would you be interested in a special offer from us" I clicked yes hoping I would get a big discount if I stayed but nothing happened.

Do you think they will email me the offer later or something? Nothing has happened yet.
