I will be posting my junk food consumption every day in the hope the shame will force me to behave better. In addition to regular meals, had a slice of walnut banana bread, a small chocolate fudge bar, a small bar of nestle crunch, and a sesame snack (I've had far worse days than this). Tomorrow I will restrain myself to no more than 1 small piece of junk food.
