anyone wants to hear about juice fasting? for many years i have been banned for talking about it on various imageboards, only in recent years it has somewhat relaxed.
today has been the first day of what likely is going to be a 40 day juice fast for me. don't confuse this with what most religious people call fasting, those bitches consider it fasting when they only eat in the evening. that's very weak, the religious people are very pampered weak consumers, the kind of people who choose to use the elevator when stairs are available. there are only a few of the strictest religious fanatics who do really hard fasting respectably; stair users.
for me this means i don't eat, i don't drink, all i consume is the fresh juice of fruits. i buy the fruit, wash them, prepare them and then i throw them in the slow juicer. i make the juice fresh. fresh living juice, not this pasteurized dead bullshit from the store. pic related, it is the juicer that i use. it is exceptionally easy to clean, not like the juicers that i started with many years ago.
the reason i am doing this is because juice fasting is the sweet spot for when it comes to self-healing. it is almost as healing as regular fasting with almost none of the discomfort or feeling of low energy. when enough juice is drunk in a day, even weightloss can be prevented. the goal by which i measure the juice fast a success is if i succeed in completely shitting myself empty.
i am already living very healthy so i expect it will not take 40 days but according to legend (which i have reason to believe is valid after years of doing my own experimentation) when the average person does what i do, DESPITE NOT ADDING ANY SOLIDS, SOLIDS WILL CONTINUE TO COME OUT FOR 40 DAYS. the bowel of the average person is so "caked" with undigested matter that the intended function of absorption barely works. almost everyone eats wrong, almost everyone is glued up, i intend to be one of the few who is not glued.
