>far better absorption rate than eating healthy foods or taking supplements

not only that, it also reduces the current buildup of (what some recently started to call) biofilm (i call it glue) so it literally washes the gi tract, improving the absorption of everything (until it is glued again i guess).

i have this theory that the absorption of some people is glued so shut, that they get all their energy from their coca cola and their gi tract is just a decorative tube getting rid of their bad decisions slowly and painfully...

>without adding on weight
yeah if people knew what an incredible tool for weightloss it was, they'd just juicefast their excess weight away with confidence.

>The downside is the cost of buying

i expected it to be expensive but it doesn't have to be. i buy a 2kg bag of apples for 2,30€, that's as cheap as juice from a box, maybe 10% more expensive. buying what is currently in season helps.

the reason i started today is because grapes are very cheap now. 500g is 1,70€ for good quality. i juice about 5 packages so 5*1,70€=8,50€ for a days worth of food. that is how much 1 takeout meal costs here. it is not as cheap as ramen and rice but not more expensive then convenience food.

i prepare all my food myself and never buy takeout or restaurant.
