>I find this hard to believe.

back when i found about about this kind of stuff (juicefasting/fruitfasting/lymphatic system/detoxification) the 'people' on imageboard were hostile about it. who knows whether this were actual people or internet soldiers / bots that the pharmaceutical industry paid to squash alternative narratives but you know it wouldn't be far off given what has been whistleblewn. you know that 4chan was a honeypot and i assume so were the dirty places i hung out at, you know ghislane maxwell was a reddit supermod and the stranglehold of just blindly trusting doctors and medical industry was stronger then it was today. covid did not happen and there was not this big reason to wonder whether the people in labcoats were as good of guys that they were made to look like.

on top of that people on imageboards were generally depressed so when they read about someone who wrote that he did good, nobody wanted to hear about it. i would write how i would feel better every day and find out all this interesting stuff that is different about a body that is healthy¹ and that basically people eat wrong and inevitably get sick because of it. imagine being spiteful and malevolent, cursing at everything and then comes along this beacon of light trying to inform you about a way better way to live life that includes you doing something wrong. did they listen or even gave the idea a fair hearing? no they bullied, insulted and ridiculed me, derailed and deleted my threads and banned me because i said bread, pasta and cheese were bad and being healthy was possible 🤷🏻‍♂️

¹like increased sense of smell because of drained sinuses resulting in superhuman smelling and the realization that cities smell so bad your nose would hurt if it did were to function at intended capacity, creating demand for the question whether the strong intended nose ability of the human is actually desirable
