i laugh at this mene. completely clueless 🤣

just today i ran to the library. literally ran so that i sweat. i try to sweat a little every day. naturopaths call the skin the largest eliminative organ. sweat is what allows the kicking stuff out of the skin. with sweat stuff can ooze out.

when i ran over a busy plaza i slipped and fell hard but because i am healthy and know how to fall, nothing happened no injury beyond a small scratch the size of the smallest coin. people around were shocked and worried but before they could make a scene, i quickly got up again and ran on and i am way older then this silly hoe; i call her a copilot of her own body.

today is day 2. my tongue had a pimple on the side and that hurt. i made tongue and jaw exercise as to 'pump' the whole head to get the metabolic waste to drain away, which is the only thing that really can hurt. the lymphatic system is a river that unfortunately does not have a dedicated pump the way the blood system has the heart. all the muscles are the pump and you can pump then whenever you want. whenever i have i have a little ache or pain, i check which are the nearest muscles and i flex them a lot for 2 minutes as to gently transport the acids away from were it hurts and then in the evening if it still hurts i do it again and usually that is enough to get rid of all little things.
