thinking about quitting and waiting for summer to retry. i'm constantly cold because fruit cools the body so much. summer clearly is the best time to do this.

when i first did longer fasting, i was bingewatching cooking videos and researched recipes. had cravings for bread.

have not farted in a long time.

no such cravings this time, more tiredness and lack of exercise i guess. i'm missing the delightful crunch of a cucumber and the sweet fruity and spicey taste of a lemon ginger onion nutbutter🤤.
