>>77603I have a "music laptop" with Ubuntu Studio and I have a massive music collection on it, it is airgapped, wifi was removed because I have no use for it and that only makes the computer susceptible to hackers. I use a lightweight music player called Audacious, it's very similar to Foobar2000 except it's for Linux. The laptop is hooked up to an 80s amplifier with surround sound speakers. We often drink cocktails and listen to music when relatives and family visit, everything from 50s Doo Wop to 70s rock n roll to hell, 80s metal and a little of everything in between. It's a nice setup and Ubuntu Studio works very well with all kinds of media formats and devices.
If you want something for AI or gaming I would recommend a preactivated bootleg of Windows 10 because most modern software works well with Windows 10. Plus most the bootlegs remove unnecessary bothersome Microslop crapware. No need to update it either, pretty much everything will work well.
