If you eat a lot of cheese and follow it up with a small bowl of Kimchi by the next day you'll be crapping giant smooth logs into the toilet, sometimes needing a second flush.
Kimchi is rather expensive but it is a game changer and what's better is it is easy to make yourself using a big mason jar and a week of fermenting basic ingredients (garlic, ginger, green onion, Korean red pepper and cabbage). It is far cheaper to DIY in your own basement than buying overpriced supplements. Either should work though.
