unless you're physically deformed, the answer is always lower body fat %
stop eating carbs. all carbs. sugars, fried foods, bread products etc. eat whole foods only, and especially meat heavy diets like paleo. if you also don't eat foods that negate the nutritional intake of meat (like vegetables), then the meat will completely satiate you & you wont feel that sharp hunger.
