Fresh farm raised meats, animal fat and eggs are healthy contrary to false media propaganda but the real problem is too much of that can cause gut congestion. If you hydrate yourself properly and consume good probiotics like yogurt and kimchi routinely you won't be gaining too much weight or having gut issues.
Another thing I learned while on a Keto diet is having natural animal fat like tallow, butter or pork jowl grease actually satisfies hunger cravings. By adding natural animal fat to my dishes I find I don't eat as much and my stomach is satisfied much faster, sometimes I can stretch those meals and save money.
Whatever the absolute horseshit the medical establishment told us over the decades, discard it, completely falsified "science" by con artists. Con artists who make money from diabetes $$$.
