KEK! Have you ever actually rented in your fucking life? They don't fucking fix anything anyway and it's worse in the city. I once had literal piss and shit raining down from the ceiling of my apartment, landlord told me go tell the tenant upstairs to get their waste pipe fixed and it wasn't his problem so don't bother him anymore. I left and he just painted over the piss and shit and upped the rent.
