What is clear:
suigintou is board owner - I can check the board ownership, this is not public, just for globals.
suigintou logged in today
suigintou is a long time moderator, but previously he was only active in October
bbmocherator was logged in on December 8
bbmocherator wasn't a BO on that day or the previous month - I can deduce because then the board couldn't become claimable

What I can't tell:
when suigintou become board owner

I don't mind either mod being BO, they are long time users and caretakers of the board.
There are other board volunteers on bb, but I think one is too busy and the other is only a BV since this November.
