Fixed the case issue.
Still have to solder the sockets to the board.
Still need to acquire the aforementioned ceramic screwdrivers. Might also try and find suitable hollow punches to punch out the holes in the sticky label rather than try and drill/cut/poke holes in it.
Also need to find a 0.1nF/100pF polyester capacitor somewhere for calibrating it. Was only able 1nF and 10nF polyester caps at Gaycar.
