I used the charcoal grill the other night and grilled 8 tomatoes, 2 red onions and 6 baby bell peppers, stuffed with fetta, then blitzed it with the wand. Used that for spag bog. Wasnt bad but sauce is more a canneloni or lasagna sauce. Put bbq provencale, parsley and sweet paprika, and salt and pepper on the meat, put another onion and some chopped garlic in. Deglazed with worchestershire from lizbef souf butcher, before putting tomato slop in. Vac sealed and froze the other half of the tomato. Think I could put it on flat portabellos with a cheese slice on top. Will probably just forget about it in freezer.
