Foxer / foxercosplay / foxergames / highgarden / legends / foxhead333 first came to /bbg/'s notice during bonbi's cop dva twitch stream (04/08/2020) and again during her tracer stream (26/02/2021) when he began spamming her chat with offers to build her a mercy cosplay, eventually succeeding in attracting both bonbi and emiru's attention
A brief inquiry at that time revealed a veritable treasure trove of his *other* creative works which can be readily found on the highly popular website cumonprintedpics.com, featuring dozens of tasteful illustrations he has been routinely posting since 2019 (He has been almost solely responsible for creating the majority of shitty, badly photoshopped fake nudes you might have seen - in fact I strongly suspect that the ochaco edit earlier in this very thread may have been posted by him. Say hi, Foxer!)
Later he resurfaced in the bonbibonkers / bonbibonkers_NSFW subreddits where (among other things) he tried to sell bogus bonbi nudes he claimed to have bought from her, one of which was soon identified as jennifervandamsel, quickly discrediting his attempted scam https://www.unddit.com/r/Bonbibonkers_NSFW/comments/qx3i9h/
If his other claims are to be believed (and bonbi's reaction on stream suggests they might) then not only did this individual seek out bonbi in public on multiple occasions, but even sought to befriend her father in order to ingratiate himself with her family as well It is entirely likely that bonbi and her family actually know this person IRL, but may well be unaware of his Foxer alias or the things he has been posting online about her for the past three years
