enlightened knowledge here: Everybody is a heatlet it just fucks bigger people with big watts more than it fucks smaller people with smaller watts. It works the same for everyone, even if you're as acclimatized to heat as you can be you still lose performance. If you need to push z5/6 to keep up with the guys pushing just over z4 you're in a pickle here
