Imo Seixas should never be a tier above Memco and Del Dopo. I can see him win solo like I can see Del Dopo or Memco win solo, but I can't see him winning in a sprint against either of the other two.

Also, he hasn't quite acquired the non-distancelet status yet in my very serious evaluation.
