nah thats just the sram 22 doubletap hoods. They used to be huge, it's still hydraulics. The frame was cheap af and its the slr so pretty light. Think the bike should be around 8kg and that with 2kg alu wheelset. First time riding FAT tires aswell (32s), its insane how comfortable that thing is compared to my old 26 28 setup.
