my take on the rat challenge 2025:
>I dislike eggplants, so I cut the cubes very thin, just to add some consistency
>cooking all veggies separately lead to me using too much oil
>fresh herb mix was a full success
>green house veggies simply don't cut it and adding sugar would be cheating
>veggie mix wasn't right, too much zucchinis and not enough pepperoni
I rate 6/10. this needs better quality and ripe vegetables from the fields and some good quality olive oil.
yeah and please don't tell me to clean the oven. I have a oven clean spray laying around somewhere.
