Rice and pasta are about 75g per 100g (dry), the bread I eat is around 50g per 100g, juice is around 120g per litre, chocolate milk 80g per litre, jam around 50g per 100g, a banana has some 20-25g. It's very easy to compute after doing it for so long. Same for total kcal
