>>40123Yeah, probably reducing the tomats would be the way, I am coming off a few batches of ratatouille which I am just reducing to near sauce consistency, thanks to our very own Norbert advice, so I threw everything in but left the pot open without a lid.
I am coming over to have a look after twenty minutes and I see a soup with the paprika slowly disintegrating. Yes well, we're having a lecso soup then. Went in well anyways, the taste is very distinct from the Polska leczo which has to have zucchini and often courgette in.
Thought that ground paprika will be too much extra but it is more than fine, you people and your paprika.
