As I read the UCI regulations they should be first in line assuming they apply for a license and UCI doesn't arbitrarily decide they don't fulfil any of the other four criteria. It's a situation we haven't had before since the relegation system was introduced so UCI could easily make an exception if someone pays them some money under the table. What's Uno-X going to do about it?
