20min max test looming on Friday. Any tips on how to approach this berts? I've never done one prior to this, and long suprathreshold work has been hard for me before. My ftp is around 380W based on other workouts and I am aiming for around 400W, but it feels really hard mentally. I guess I am afraid of blowing up around the 10min mark
