No, too small to really hold anything, too big to be unobtrusive and aesthetic.
My mtb has mounted a bigger bag with a small front rack, it easily to dismount and remount, doubles as shoulder bag.
I know we're talking a road/gr*vel bike but I have always found these pencil cases useless.
