>>57885Well I suppose you're right re: not obsessing over numbers, for me it's very hard to know zones or power by HR since it varies so much. Like my LT1 HR when fresh and doing 260-270W is 145-150 but if I have done harder efforts the day before for the same wattage my HR is barely 140, even if the perceived effort is higher.
