>>58604There's nothing magic about just doing z2 riding, all adaptations you get from z2 you also get from doing higher intensities, just better (more time efficient). Especially if you are not doing 20-30h/week, you'd really benefit from doing harder aerobic work like tempo, sweetspot/threshold, vo2max etc.
