A week of writing down what I eat and drink is behind me and the results are grim.
On average, my RDI is:
>60% protein
>120% carbs if I drink sweeted drinks
>80% carbs if I don't
>100% fats
>60% fiber
>100% calories if i dont ride
>70% calories if i do ride
keep in mind it might be inaccurate
and all this doesn't take into account the goal is set to lower weight by (that makes the numbers worse, like 15% extra worse)
thanks for setting me up on better track berts, i will definitely improve all of this in the coming weeks
