I see and I'll keep that in mind if I ever encounter that. It's not unlikely that there was a downgrade in quality for shimano because a guy who manages a big bike shop told me that they encounter defective out of the oem box shimano di2 stuff every day when they assemble bikes, every day without exaggeration.
