So 350g carbs+protein = 1400kcal, then 600kcal for the fats, that's 2000kcal. So you are aiming for 2000kcal per day to lose weight? Just saying that's an awfully small amount of energy for a tall guy. I would wager your energy expenditure when sedentary would be something like 2700kcal, and I'd eat something like 2400kcal + the kJ from cycling. 2000kcal just sounds like a disaster.
Also, you don't need 140g protein, 100-120g is more than enough.

Because it's the best source of energy for the body? Again, national guidelines are 50-60% of total energy from carbs for sedentary people. For 2400kcal intake, that's 300-360g carbs.
