I don’t agree with the red meat thing, on the contrary it makes me feel so good both digestion wise, mental wise and strength wise but to each their own I guess.

But the eating early is so important.
I recently started eating at 19h00 ( I sleep at like 00:30-01:00 and it makes my sleep so good.
Obviously don’t snack in between. Your last bite of food shall be taken 5 hours or so before sleep. Try it Bert it’s awesome
